ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed by the accused to quash the FIR in Crime No.17/2014 on the file of the Sub Inspector of Police (Anti-Land Grabbing Special Branch), District Crime Branch, Salem.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent filed the proceedings of the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Principal Sessions Judge, Salem, which reveals that the final report of the above crime number has already been filed and taken on file in PRC.No.55 of 2019, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.VI, Salem, and after committal proceedings, the case has been made over to the learned Principal District Judge, Salem, and numbered as S.C.No.167/2019 and now the matter is posted to 13.07.2022 for recording of evidence.

3. In view of the subsequent development, this Court does not find any reason to quash the FIR and the liberty is given to raise all the contentions raised in the grounds of this petition before the appropriate forum.

4.With these observations, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
