2.This Court has carefully considered the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner and the materials available on record. 3.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that the amount as directed by the Court below will be deposited within one week from today. If the amount is deposited as undertaken before this Court, the order passed in Crl.M.P.NO.32394 of 2023 in Crl.A.No.796 of 2023 dated 19.12.2023 will be restored.
