The above Civil Revision Petition is filed for early disposal of OP.No.2659 of 2017 pending on the file of the I Additional Family Court, Chennai. Besides this O.P., Which has been filed by the husband for restitution of conjugal rights, the wife has filed O.P.No. 2757 of 2017 against the husband in the very same Court for divorce. It is also informed that the wife had filed the maintenance application in

P.T. ASHA, J.

mrn MC.No.259 of 2014, claiming maintenance for the minor daughter and herself. This Court by order dated 27.12.2018 had directed the early disposal of MC.No.259 of 2014 and it is informed that the said M.C. has been disposed of by an order dated 20.03.2019.

2. It is informed that both the Original Petitions are tried together and common proof of affidavit of PW1 has been filed. Considering the fact that both the O.Ps. are pending since 2017, learned I Additional Family Court, Chennai is directed to dispose of the Original Petitions within a period of four (4) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Civil Revision Petition is allowed with the above directions.
