This writ petition has been filed for direction to the fourth respondent to sponsor the petitioner's name to the third petitioner or to any other department under the Government of Tamilnadu. 2.

It is seen that the petitioner is aged about 59 years and he is now barred by age for any employment. Therefore, the relief sought for in this writ petition cannot be considered.

Accordingly, this writ petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
