By consent of learned counsel on both sides, this writ petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

The present writ petition has been filed praying for a writ of Mandamus to direct the 1st respondent to consider and pass orders on the petitioners' Revision Petition dated 31.07.2024 submitted for seeking modification in the legal heirship certificate of the deceased Mr.Mohamed Yusoof bearing No.TN-7202104301911 dated 07.06.2021 by adding the petitioners' names who are sons and grandsons of predeceased son namely Mr.Askar Ali as per the inheritance certificate of Mr.Mohamed Yusoof issued by Syariah Court Singapore and by considering the consent affidavit and consent letter dated 06.10.2025 given by the other legal heirs.

3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioners that Revision Petition is filed seeking modification on the basis of the Inheritance Certificate of Mr.Mohamed Yusoof issued by the Syariah Court, Singapore.

4. At the outset, the learned counsel appearing for the respondents would submit that petitioner's Revision Petition 31.07.2024 would be considered and appropriate orders would be passed after issuing notice to petitioner and any other interested parties, within a time period to be stipulated by this Court. Agreed to by the learned counsel for petitioner.

5. In view thereof, the Writ Petition stands disposed of. It is open to the petitioner to place before the respondent Authority any document including the Inheritance Certificate issued by the Singapore Authority any consent, affidavit or letter. Respondent Authority shall consider the petitioner's Revision Petition 31.07.2024, keeping in view the materials placed on record and thereafter pass appropriate orders after issuing notice to the petitioner, the legal heirs set out in the Legal Heirship Certificate dated 07.06.2021, and any other interested parties, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of uploading of web copy without waiting for receipt of certified copy of the order. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any views with regard to the merits of the case
