ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor.

2. It is a case of kidnapping for ransom. According to the prosecution, this petitioner along with three others had waylaid the defacto complainant and at knife point, had removed his purse and got his ATM card pin number and withdrawn Rs.65,000/-. 3.The investigation reveals that 4 persons are involved in this crime and three of them were arrested and one of the accused is still absconding. The CC TV footage collected at the ATM centre has been sent for forensic analysis and the same is pending.
