Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Mandamus, directing the second respondent to dispose of the review petition dated 17.09.2012 filed by the petitioner against Order-in-Original bearing Reference F.No.04/84/040/ 81/AM 05 dated 21.12.2010 filed by the petitioner within a reasonable time frame.
