This petition has been filed to relax the condition that '' the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every day at 10.30am., for a period of three weeks and thereafter on every Saturday at 10.30a.m., until further orders" , imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.648 of 2025 dated 20.01.2025.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of the offence, the condition imposed in Paragraph No.5(b) imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.648 of 2025 dated 20.01.2025 is relaxed.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition stands ordered.
