This Second Appeal is filed against the Judgment and Decree passed in A.S.No.41 of 2010 dated 27.09.2011 on the file of the learned Principal Subordinate Judge, Pondicherry, reversing the Judgment and Decree in O.S.No.819 of 2006 dated 07.09.2010 on the file of the learned Principal District Munsif, Pondicherry. 2.The sole Appellant died. Since no steps have been taken so far, the Second Appeal stands dismissed as abated. It is open to the legalheirs, to take steps in accordance with law, by filing necessary application. No costs.
