ORDER
This Criminal Original petition has been filed to direct the respondent police to register the case on petitioner complaint dated 16.04.2015 according to law.
2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the first respondent and perused the material placed before this Court.
3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 16.04.2015 to the first respondent by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a copy of the complaint dated 16.04.2015 to the Inspector of Police, Kelambakkam Police Station, Kelambakkam and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into in accordance with law, following the decision laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari v.
