This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed upon the petitioner in Crl.A.No.143 of 2022, dated 18.02.2022. 2.

Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.

The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the respondent police submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition without any deviation.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), the condition imposed vide order dated 18.02.2022 made in Crl.A.No.143 of 2022 is modified to the effect that "the petitioner shall appear before the trial court i.e. The Principal Sessions Court, Salem, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders."
