The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners seek permission of this Court to withdraw this Criminal Original Petition. He has made an endorsement to that effect. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as withdrawn and the petitioner is at liberty to file a quash petition before the appropriate Competent Forum.
