2. It is the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner that the entire award amount along with interest was already deposited by the fourth respondent/Insurance Company as per the order passed by the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal/II Court of Small Causes, Chennai in MCOP.No.474 of 2018 and this appeal has been filed by the appellant challenging the direction issued by the Tribunal to the Insurance Company to satisfy the the award amount and thereafter, recover from the appellant. The learned counsel enclosed a copy of the deposit made by the Insurance Company at Page 7(B) of the typed set of papers.
