2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent Police submitted that the petitioner has been regularly complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP.No.30897 of 2025 dated 27.11.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned Court weekly once i.e on every Monday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders.

4. Accordingly, the criminal miscellaneous petition is ordered. 25-03-2026 ep To 1.The Inspector of Police, R-3, Ashok Nagar Police Station,Chennai City. 2.The Public Prosecutor High Court of Madras.
