ORDER

The petitioner has filed this contempt petition, to punish the respondent for disobeying the order of this Court in W.P.No.18804 of 2021 dated 07.09.2021.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader for the respondents has filed a copy of the order dated 20.06.2022 bearing Ref.Na.Ka.No.046822/W5/E1/2021.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the copy of the said order has not been furnished and there is only a part compliance.

4. I have perused the order passed by this Court in W.P.No.18804 of 2021 dated 07.09.2021. The order merely directs the second respondent to pass appropriate orders within a period of eight weeks. 2/4

5. Though there is a delay nevertheless, the order has been complied with the passing of the order dated 20.06.2022. Therefore, nothing survives for adjudication in this contempt petition. Accordingly, this Contempt Petition is closed.

6. However, liberty is given to the petitioner to workout his remedy against the aforesaid order if the petitioner so aggrieved.

7. The respondents are directed to serve a copy of the aforesaid order dated 20.06.2022 to the petitioner.
