This application is filed to implead the applicant/Jaganathan herein as third respondent in the Contempt Petition.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing it is represented that the disputed Wall was demolished and again reconstructed after the SLP is disposed of.

3. Even this Court wants to suo motu implead the applicant as party to the proceedings and since this application is filed to implead him, we allow this petition.

4. The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment and post the contempt petition on 14.12.2022.
