PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records of the 3rd respondent having Ref.No.Na.Ka.No.2585/A1/2018 directing the Petitioner to remit the sum of Rs.4,77,722/- received by the petitioner as 2nd incentive from 24.06.2008 for acquiring M.Phil Degree from the 4th respondent through distance mode based on the audit objection of the 2nd respondent and quash the same and consequently direct the 3rd respondent to refund the sum of Rs.4,77,722/- to the petitioner with interest at 12% from the date of payment of the said sum by the petitioner to the government treasury and fix the pension of the petitioner taking note of the 2nd incentive for M.Phil degree.

ORDER
