This writ petition has been filed by Pan Electronics (India) Ltd., Rep. by its Managing director, seeking limited prayer directing the first respondent to dispose of his representation dated 28.03.2014 by refunding the sum of Rs.45,11,176/- along with interest.

2. Mr.ANR.Jayaprathap, learned Government Advocate (Ct) takes notice on behalf of the respondents.

3. As the matter is pending for long time and also considering the limited prayer sought for by the petitioner, this Court directs the 1st respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 28.03.2014 on merits and in accordance with https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

law within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
