This petition has been filed to condone the delay of 760 days in filing the above criminal appeal against the order dated 22.11.2022 passed in C.C.No.1737 of 2021 on the file of the Metropolitan Magistrate, Fast Track Court-1, Egmore @ Allikulam, Chennai.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the delay of 760 days is condoned and the petition is ordered.
