ORDER

The sum and substance of the writ petition is that he is working as Technical Assistant and the 1st respondent is to consider him for the post of Assistant Engineer based on the Degree qualification in Engineering.

W.P.No.2640 of 2024 has been filed wherein the writ petitioner, Mr.Murugavel is the 3rd petitioner, it has been stated that he along with other four persons were promoted temporarily under Proceedings of Salem City Municipal Corporation dated 20.01.2024 in Na.Ka.No.C3/10260/2021 and thereafter, he was demoted and now he is working as Assistant Engineer in the Salem Municipal Corporation. Therefore, this Writ Petition stands dismissed as it has become infructuous. There is no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
