JUDGMENT

The learned counsel for the appellant would submit that the sole defendant died as early as September 2023 and to that effect, he had also filed a memo before this Court on 14.06.2024. However, this Court recording the said memo had granted time to take out necessary impleading applications. The appellant is unable to trace the legal heirs of the deceased respondent and therefore, he would submit that he is unable to take out any steps to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased defendant.
