O.A.No.1245 of 2015 and A.No.3326 of 2016 N.SESHASAYEE, J., O.A.No.1245 of 2015 has been filed to grant an order of interim injunction, and to vacate the same A.No.3326 of 2016 has been filed. The second mentioned application is pending for the past six years without any orders. Since trial is now directed to be commenced, both the applications are closed and as and when basis, both the counsel on either side are at liberty to revive them, if a need arises.
