18161/2016) Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.C.
1. This petition is filed to condone the delay of 418 days in filing the writ appeal against the order dated 18.03.2014 made in W.P.No.29643 of 2010.

3. Heard the learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioners.
4. Upon hearing the submission made by the learned Government Advocate appearing for the petitioners and on being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition, we allow this Civil Miscellaneous Petition and condone the delay on condition that the petitioners/appellants shall pay a sum of Rs.1,000/- (Rupees One thousand only) to the Chief Justice's Relief Fund within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, failing which, the order shall stand automatically cancelled without further reference to this Court.
