ORDER
The petitioner had submitted that Tender was announced by the respondent for supply of High Mast and Street Light Poles for providing good illumination but the Tender was rejected during verification of the technical bid due to noncompliance of details and clarifications required by him. Challenging the same, the petitioner has approached this Court.
2.The issue is covered by the terms and conditions of the contract.
3.The reasons for rejection revolves around the factual dispute. Therefore, this writ petition is not maintainable to resolve the factual disputes between the parties arising out of the terms of contract. The petitioner can work out his remedy before the appropriate Court.

4.Hence, the writ petition is dismissed as not maintainable. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
