The learned counsel appearing for the respondent made a submission that as against the order passed by this Court on 09.07.2015 in W.P.No.20512 of 2015, the Chennai Metropolitan Water Supply and Sewerage Board, filed a Writ Appeal in W.A.No.205 of 2017 and the Hon'ble Division Bench has admitted the Writ Appeal and the petitioner in the writ petition has also entered appearance in the Writ Appeal.

2. This being the factum, no further adjudication in this Contempt Petition at this stage is not required. Accordingly, the Contempt Petition stands closed.
