O R D E R
This writ petition has been filed by M/s.Jai Hind Wire Rod Mills Ltd., Rep. by its Managing Director seeking a direction against the respondent to furnish a copy of the MIS report to enable the petitioner to file a detailed objection in response to the Notice issued in TIN:33302640994/2014-15 dated 30.03.2015 as per the petitioner's representation dated 15.04.2015.
2. Mr.ANR.Jayaprathap, learned Government Advocate (CT) takes notice on behalf of the respondent.
3. The respondent has issued a notice for the year 2014-15 on 30.03.2015 on the basis of the report received from the Business Intelligence Unit. In the said notice, it is stated that the petitioner imported certain items and that no such purchases available in the Annexure-I. The petitioner has replied on https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
11.04.2014 stating that they required a copy of MIS report and requested the respondent to furnish the same to enable them to file a detailed objection to the notice issued. As there was any reply or response from the respondent for a long time, the petitioner has come to this Court for seeking the above direction.
4. As the request of the petitioner is acceptable and reasonable, this Court has no hesitation to direct the respondent to furnish the copy of the MIS report to the petitioner. Accordingly, the respondent is directed to furnish the copy of the MIS report to the petitioner before passing of the final order. It is needless to mention that the petitioner shall be provided with an opportunity of hearing before passing final order.
5. With the above direction, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
