Mr.Sri Charan Rangarajan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/ appellant submitted that the impugned order has been passed by the learned Single Judge against the petitioner viz., G.Selvarajan, directing the State Government to take necessary action against him departmentally.
Further the learned counsel submitted that since the said Dr.G.Selvarajan, was not made as a party to the Writ Petition, he has filed applications seeking leave to file the appeals. 2.In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, leave is granted as prayed for. The petitions are ordered. However, we make it clear that the respondents are at liberty to canvass the locus standi of the petitioner at the time of arguing the Writ Appeals.
