facilitated the commissioner of the heinous Crime No.320 of 2024 on the file second respondent.

ORDER

This petition has been filed for direction directing the respondents to conduct fair investigation in Crime No.320 of 2024 on the file second respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the materials placed on record.

3. Considering the limited prayer sought for in this petition, the second respondent is directed to complete the investigation in Crime No.320 of 2024 and file a final report, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition stands disposed of.
