This writ petition has been filed for direction to the first respondent to pass appropriate orders on the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner by invocation of Rule 9(A) of the Tamilnadu Civil (Disciplinary & Appeal) Rules on receipt of records from the 2nd and 3rd respondents within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.
Heard, the learned counsel appearing on either side. 3.
Considering the prayer sought for by the petitioner, the first respondent is directed to pass appropriate orders on the disciplinary proceedings initiated against the petitioner by invocation of Rule 9(A) of the Tamilnadu Civil (Disciplinary & Appeal) Rules in accordance with 2/4
law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order.

With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
