ORDER

It is already recorded by this Court vide order dated 22.11.2024, O.S. No.130 of 2015 on the file of District Munsif Court, Rasipuram filed by the revision petitioner/plaintiff was dismissed for default way back on 03.07.2023. However, in order to give a fair opportunity to the revision petitioner/plaintiff, an adjournment was granted making it clear that, if the suit is not restored, the next adjourned date i.e., on 18.12.2024, no adjournment would be given. The learned counsel for the respondent would submit that the said suit has not been restored till date.

2. Hence, this Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. It is however made clear that in the event of the suit being restored, it should be open to the revision petitioner to take appropriate steps to revive the Revision Petition. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed. No costs.
