ORDER

This Writ Petition has been filed for direction directing the respondent to declare the petitioner as eligible under the Tamil Nadu Teacher Eligibility Test - Supplementary 2012 (Graduate Assistants) - Department of School Education the petitioner having obtained 98 marks which is more than the 60% fixed as the minimum eligible to enable the petitioner to join as a BT Assistant in any of the Government Schools coming under the Department of School Education in the State of Tamil Nadu.

2. The learned Government Advocate appearing for the respondents submitted that pending writ petition, the petitioner has been appointed as B.T.Assistant.
