O R D E R

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition order passed by the learned Special Judge Under TNPID Act, Chennai-104 by order dated 17.02.2020 in Crl.M.P.No. 192 of 2020 in Cr.No. 6 of 2019 on the file of Respondent herein directing payment of Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Lakhs Only) as Deposit and further direct the petitioner such reasonable amount as this Court. 2.

Heard Mr.M.Rajavelu, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.Mohamed Riyaz, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent.

The learned Principal Sessions Judge, Chennai - 104 released the petitioner on bail by order dated 17.02.2020, with a condition on depositing Rs.25,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Five Lakhs Only) to this Court along with other conditions.

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions and the facts of this case, this Court is not inclined to interfere with the order of the learned Special Judge Under TNPID Act, Chennai-104 and accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
