Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying to issue a writ of Habeas Corpus directing the respondents to provide proper medical treatment to the petitioner's husband namely Radhakrishnan, S/o. Velu Kutty, aged about 48 years, remand prisoner, now admitted in the Mohan Kumaramangalam Government General Hospital, Salem to permit the petitioner to stay with him till the discharge of her husband from the Hospital.

[Order of the Court was made by V.SIVAGNANAM, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondents to provide proper medical treatment to the petitioner's husband namely Radhakrishnan, S/o. Velu Kutty, aged about 48 years, remand prisoner, now admitted in the Mohan Kumaramangalam Government General Hospital, Salem and to permit the petitioner to stay https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

with him till the discharge of her husband from the Hospital, the present habeas corpus petition has been filed. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that this petition has become infructuous inasmuch as the remand prisoner was released from the custody on 09.12.2020. 3.Recording the same, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as infructuous.
