It is stated by the counsel appearing for the petitioner that though this Court allowed the application viz., A.No.6416 of 2023 for filing additional documents, by that time, evidence is already closed. Hence, the present application is filed to reopen the evidence of P.W.1 and to adduce the additional evidence in the above guardian petition and to recall the P.W.1 and to adduce the additional evidence. 2.Considering the above, as this Court had already permitted to the plaintiff to file additional document, these applications are ordered and evidence is ordered to be re-opened and P.W.1 is recalled. 3.Post the case, before Master on 19.03.2024. Since the evidence is already closed and only additional evidence has to be taken, this Court has not passed any interim order.
