2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is represented by the learned counsel for the Respondent / Management that the amount so deposited is lying in the credit of this Court and not with the Tribunal and therefore, the Paragraph No.8 of the judgment dated 24.01.2023 requires necessary modification.

3. Learned Standing Counsel representing Employees' Provident Fund Organization (EPFO) has not refuted the above submission of the learned counsel for the Management.

4. In view of the afore-stated position, the Paragraph No.8 of the judgment dated 24.01.2023 is modified to the effect that the amount lying in deposit shall be directly S.VAIDYANATHAN, J.

ar sent to the EPFO on furnishing the Account Number to which the amount shall be credited. The amount shall be transferred within 15 days from the date of request to be made either by the Management or EPFO.
