This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP.no.2308 of 2024 dated 07.02.2024.

2.Heard both sides.

3. Taking all the factors into consideration, this petition is modified to that effect that the petitioner shall continue to appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi, Tiruvarur District, everyday at 10.30 am for a period of twenty days and thereafter, report before the Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthuraipoondi weekly once i.e every Saturday at 10.30 am until further orders.
