This Miscellaneous Petition is filed to condone the delay of 337 days in filing the petition to Restoration.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 337 days stands condoned on condition that the petitioner to pay the cost of Rs.2,000/-(Rupees Two Thousand only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 25.01.2021, failing which, the petition would stand dismissed automatically.
