Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.R.THIRUNEELAKANDAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.S.KARTHIKEYAN Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to extend the time to the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.3178 of 2021 order dated 24.02.2021 to execute the surety and to comply with the conditions.

2. Heard both sides.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this petition is ordered and two weeks time is granted to the petitioner to surrender and execute the sureties as ordered by this Court, from the date on which the order copy made ready, failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail shall stand automatically dismissed. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
