This Civil Revision Petition is filed by the petitioner to direct the II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of the Original Petition in O.P.No.4323 of 2011 pending on its file within the period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in accordance with law. 2.Aggrieved over the long pendency of H.M.O.P.No.4323 of 2011, filed by the husband/ petitioner, the wife/respondent has filed the present Civil Revision Petition. The respondent has filed a

petition M.GOVINDARAJ, J.

kas for divorce on 03.12.2011. The docket entries show that the matter had been adjourned periodically and posted for enquiry on 01.03.2017.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that even though six years have passed, there is no progress in O.P.No.4323 of 2011.

4.Without going into the merits of the case, a direction is issued to the II Additional Judge, Family Court, Chennai to dispose of O.P.No.4323 of 2011 within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
