Respondent Prayer: Civil Revision Petition is filed under Section 25 of the Tamil Nadu Buildings (Lease And Rent Control) Act, 1960 against the order and decreetal order passed in M.P.No.807 of 2018 in R.C.A.No.Sr.No.84596 of 2018 by the learned VII Small Causes Court, Chennai dated 31.01.2019 confirming the order passed in R.C.O.P.No.696 of 2016.

ORDER

The counsel for the respondent would submit that the possession has been taken by them. The counsel for the revision petitioner would submit that there are some articles still in the premises, which is denied by the counsel for the caveator who would state that all the articles have been handed over and necessary signature also obtained for this. It is needless to state that the revision petitioner shall workout his remedy in the manner known to law and the respondent shall return the articles if available with him. The Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected Civil Miscellaneous Petition is also closed.
