O R D E R

(Order of the Court was made by The Hon'ble Chief Justice) An order has been passed by the respondent on 29.07.2015 in the following terms:

ORDER

The Forest Range Officer, Head Quarters Range, DMS compound, Teynampet, is directed to pursue immediate action to implement the orders of Hon'ble High Court of Madras dated 03.11.2014 in W.A.No.1400/2014 subject to the outcome of Special Leave Petition No.22195/2015 and to return the stock to the petitioner with proper permit under Tamil Nadu Timber Transit Rules 1968.

2.Learned Special Government Pleader states that as a last opportunity, three (3) weeks time may be granted to implement the aforesaid order. We grant the same as the last opportunity.

3.Contempt Petition, accordingly, stands disposed of. We grant leave to the petitioner to revive the contempt in case the undertaking given to the Court is not implemented. 4.List for compliance on 08.10.2015.
