(Order of this Court was delivered by T.RAJA,J.) Mr.Ekambaram, S/o.

Ramasamy, a resident of Sivasakthivinayagar Koil Street, Tiruvannamalai, has brought this writ petition, for the issuance of a writ of mandamus, to direct the respondents to take necessary action, on the representation of the petitioner, dated 9/11/2015 and the subsequent representation, dated 13/9/2021.

Mr.V.P.Elamparuthi, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents sought time to get instructions.

3. The claim of the petitioner is for the issuance of Community certificate to his daughter, on the basis of his representation, dated 9/11/2015, addressed to the third respondent.

4. Considering the nature of relief sought for, it would be suffice to direct the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruvannamalai Revenue Division, Tiruvannamalai, third respondent, to dispose of the representations of the petitioner, would serve the ends of justice.

5. Accordingly, the petitioner is directed to file additional documents, if any, within a period of one week, from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, to the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruvannamalai Revenue Division, Tiruvannamalai, third respondent. On receipt of the same, the Revenue Divisional Officer, Tiruvannamalai Revenue Division, Tiruvannamalai, third respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representations, dated 9/11/2015 and 13/9/2021, and dispose of the same, on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of four weeks, thereafter.

6. With the above direction, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
