The Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the constitution of India praying for issuance of a Writ of certiorarified Mandamus to call for all the connected records in the impugned orders in Rc.No.10655/2016/ M2-(1) dated 19.9.2016 (received on 4.10.16) of the 1st respondent and to quash it consequently to direct the 1st respondent to instruct the 2nd respondent to fix a date in due course for conducting the written test afresh for the 14 petitioners and to attach them also for verification of records and oral test etc. for fair play.

JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by HULUVADI G.RAMESH,J.) Heard the learned counsel appearing for the appellants and the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the first respondent and the learned counsel appearing for the second respondent.

2. It appears that there is an order passed by this Court in W.A.No.86 of 2017, dated 14.02.2017, wherein six persons were allowed to participate in the counselling and the appellants also seek similar relief after filing an application for condonation of delay. It appears that the counselling is not yet completed. It is for the appellants to appear for counselling with all necessary certificates and since the appellants have already submitted applications before the authority, they are permitted to appear for counselling on 09.06.2017 with the other documents if need be for the purpose to satisfy the requirements. We hereby clarify that the appellants' case be considered only for the post for which they have applied. This order may be intimated to the second respondent by the Special Government Pleader.

With the above observations, this Writ Appeal is disposed of. No costs.
