ORDER
This petition has been filed seeking a Mandamus, to direct the respondent to consider her application dated 23.10.2013 for sanction of license for store and sale of crackers for Diwali season for the year 2013-2014 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court.

When the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that due to efflux of time, the relief sought for herein has become infructuous and hence, nothing survives for adjudication. 3.In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as having become infructuous.
