The petitioner has come up with this writ petition, seeking direction to the respondents to sanction incentive increment for acquiring M.Phil., degree with effect from the date of promotion to the post of Headmaster on 31.12.2009 based on his representation dated 13.02.2015.

2. When the writ petition was taken for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider his representation dated 13.02.2015, within a time frame. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the narrow prayer now made, the writ petition is disposed of, directing the first respondent to consider and pass orders on the representation of the petitioner dated 13.02.2015 on merits and as per law and in the light of the orders passed by this Court, dated 24.07.2013 and 19.12.2013 in W.P.(MD)Nos.11802 to 11806 of 2013 and W.P.Nos.34618 to 34621 of 2013 respectively, within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
