ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submitted that as against the very same crime number, the petitioners have filed criminal original petition seeking to quash the F.I.R. before this Court and in the said petition, this Court has granted an interim order of status - quo for further investigation. 2.In view of the above, apprehension of arrest does not arise and these criminal original petitions are closed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioners to work out the remedy, in the manner known to law, after disposal of the criminal original petition seeking to quash the F.I.R.
