Respondents Petition filed under Article 226 of The Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a writ of certiorarified mandamus to call for the entire records relating to the impugned order passed by the first respondent in his proceedings Na.Ka.5990/2013 Thu.Va.Tha.1 dated 28.03.2014 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to reinstate the petitioner into service as Cashier in the second respondent society with all attendant benefits, backwages and other monetary benefits.
