ORDER

This writ petition has been filed for issue of writ of mandamus directing the 1 st respondent to dispose of the appeal filed by the petitioner on 14.05.2024 against the order passed passed by the 2 nd respondent dated 21.03.2024 under Section 47A(2) of the Stamp Act.

2.Heard Mr.L.Palani Muthu, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, Mr.U.Bharanidharan, learned Special Government Pleader appearing

3 / 4 on behalf of respondents 1 and 3 and Mr.A.Selvendran, learned Special Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the 2 nd respondent.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the materials placed before this Court and considering the fact that the appeal is pending before the 1 st respondent, there shall be a direction to the 1 st respondent to deal with the appeal filed by the petitioner on its own merits and in accordance with law and pass final orders, within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
