By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner claims that his mother viz. Pachamma, was the absolute owner of the property admeasuring to an extent of 0.68 1⁄2 cents and 0.56 cents in Survey No.251, Mookondapalli Village, Hosur Taluk, and was in possession and enjoyment of the same and after her demise, the legal heirs including the petitioner, had succeeded to the estate and subsequently, there was a release of the property in his favour, vide release deed dated 9.3.2015, and from the date of release, he is in absolute possession and enjoyment of the entire property.
3.The grievance expressed by the petitioner, is that under the UDR Scheme, the third respondent has granted patta No.230 in favour of his mother, for an extent of 1.01 acre and in respect of the remaining extent of 0.23 1⁄2 cents, wrongly included the names of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
the respondents 4 and 5, though they have no rights whatsoever, and in this regard, he submitted a representation dated 16.3.2015, to the respondents 1 to 3 and thought it was acknowledged on 17.3.2015, no action is forthcoming and hence, he came forward to file this writ petition.
4.Heard the submissions of the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner, and Mr.R.Vijayakumar, learned Additional Government Pleader, who accepted notice for the respondents 1 to 3. 5.This Court, without going into the merits of the representation, directs the third respondent to consider the petitioner's representation dated 16.3.2015, in accordance with law, after putting on notice, the respondents 4 and 5, and pass orders as expeditiously as possible and not later than eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision to the petitioner as well as to the respondents 4 and 5.
