CMP No.18854 of 2022 in C.M.A.SR.No.27150 of 2022 N.MALA, J., This petition is filed to condone the delay of 895 days in preferring the above appeal against the judgment and decree dated 21.06.2019 made in M.C.O.P.No.526 of 2018 on the file of the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal, Special District Court, Dharmapuri.

2. Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, learned counsel, who takes notice for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company submitted that she has no objection to the delay of 895 days being condoned, subject to the condition that the interest for the delay period of 895 days is forfeited.

3. In the light of the above submissions made by the learned counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company, the delay of 895 days is condoned and the petition is accordingly ordered, on condition that the petitioners shall forfeit the interest for the delay period of 895 days.

4. The Registry is directed to number the appeal, if it is otherwise in order and print the name of Mrs.R.Sreevidhya, as the counsel for the 2nd respondent/Insurance Company, at the time of admission.
